I am a father, Marine and water quality biologist. My years as a biologist, focused on water quality and the environment, has helped me to have an ingrained analytical nature, while my time as a father has developed my ability to simplify the complicated and deliver a message that can be understood and appreciated.

As a veteran myself, I have personal experience with utilizing the amazing tool that is a VA Loan. I know just how to present an offer to the sellers’ side in a manner that will shine a bright light on your service and ability to make it to closing on time. In addition to personal and professional experience with VA loans, I have closed hundreds of FHA, USDA and Conventional transactions as well. I genuinely enjoy guiding first time home buyers through the process and also working with for sale by owner properties to get them the best exposure on their listing at the most reasonable price. I do not shy away from showing properties currently in foreclosure, needing rehab or that are “unique” in their own rights.
